Living in Deep Ellum
Deep Ellum sits just east of downtown along Elm, Main and Commerce streets. It is known for live music venues, murals, bars and restaurants, and the apartments are a mix of new mid rise buildings and converted older ones.
The DART Green Line stops at Deep Ellum station, and the walk into downtown takes about fifteen to twenty minutes.
