Dallas Apartment Locator

We find Dallas apartments for free. Text us your budget, how many bedrooms, your move in date and the areas you like. We compare the buildings, send you real units with today's prices, and set up the tours. The building pays us when you sign a lease, and using us does not change the rent the building charges you.

How it works

1. Tell us what you need. Budget, bedrooms, move in date, areas, pets and anything you cannot live without, like a washer and dryer in the unit or a garage.
2. We send real units. Unit number, floor plan, today's price and any move in special, plus the fees most listings leave out, like parking, pet rent and trash.
3. You tour the ones you like. We set up the tours. On your first visit, tell the leasing office that Pony Up Properties sent you. That is how the building knows to pay us, and it costs you nothing.
4. You sign with the building. Your lease is with the building, not with us. We stay on the thread until you have your keys.

Why not just search the listing sites?

Listing sites usually show a starting price, which is often the cheapest unit in the building and not always the one that is open on your date. Buildings change prices daily based on the unit, the floor and the lease length. We ask for the unit that fits your date and send you that number.

Questions people ask

Is an apartment locator free in Dallas?

Yes, for the renter. Most Dallas apartment communities pay a licensed locator a fee when a renter they sent signs a lease. Using us does not change the rent the building charges you.

Who pays Pony Up Properties?

The apartment building does, after you sign a lease. You do not pay us anything.

Do I have to mention you when I tour?

Yes. Tell the leasing office that Pony Up Properties sent you on your first visit, or list us on the guest card. Most buildings only pay a locator who is named at the first visit.

Are you licensed?

Yes. Apartment locating for a fee in Texas requires a real estate license. Pony Up Properties Group is a team brokered by Spirit Real Estate Group, and Milo Corner is a licensed Texas real estate sales agent.

Do I have to talk on the phone?

No. Everything can happen over text. If you would rather talk, call us.
