What is Pony Up Properties?

Pony Up Properties Group is a Dallas based real estate team, brokered by Spirit Real Estate Group, that represents sellers and buyers across Dallas, the Park Cities, and the surrounding suburbs, including Highland Park, University Park, Lakewood, Lake Highlands, Preston Hollow, Oak Cliff, Richardson, Plano, Frisco and Rockwall, Texas. The group is led by Milo Corner and works on homes and duplexes across Texas. Our community guides cover 24 neighborhoods and suburbs across the Dallas area.

We spend more time on pricing than on anything else, because the number a home is listed at decides most of what happens after.
